MR. BOSTON OFFICIAL BARTENDER’S GUIDE

is now available in the iTunes App Store.  With content created by some of the country’s top bartenders and compiled by the experts at Mr. Boston, the new app is full of features such as: access to the full library of Mr. Boston recipes, searchable by name and by ingredient and browsable within categories such as Classic Cocktails, Whiskey, Vodka, Gin, etc.; The ability to “save” a recipe to a Favorites folder for quicker access, and to add notes and photos in order to keep track of variations and garnishing ideas; the “share” function makes it easy to send individual recipes; a Resources page includes links to online sources for bar supplies and the Bar Basics section covers all the essential techniques, equipment and ingredients needed behind the bar, with pop-up illustrations of equipment and glassware.  The app will have an introductory download price of 99 cents.  For those who prefer the traditional red book, the Mr. Boston Official Bartender’s Guide is still in print production.
