This new line of hand-crafted tequilas, which includes Blanco, Reposado and Añejo, are distilled from 1OO percent blue agave from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, and aged in Sauternes wine casks and Grand Cru Cognac barrels.  The Blanco has a pale golden color and a bouquet with notes of wood, spices and fruits.  The smooth finish rounds off the palate.  Suggested retail is $54.99.  The Reposado reveals a complex bouquet mixing sweet aromas with red berry and peppery notes.  The wood and wine expressions brought on by the eight months ageing in both types of barrel results in gingerbread, honey nectar and cocoa flavors.  Suggested retail is $64.99.  Aged sixteen months in the Cognac barrels, the Añejo delivers rancio flavors at first, while the bouquet offers honey, fruity and floral notes.  The long finish is soft and silky with cocoa flavors.  Suggested retail is $74.99.  All three are available in Bordeaux-style 75Oml bottles.
