KEVIN MOODIE has been named Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, US.  Moodie was formerly President of Scottish & Newcastle Importers but left when the parent company was acquired by Heineken NV and Carlsberg Breweries A/S, and the US subsidiary shut down.
