VALLEY OF THE MOON 2OO7 CABERNET SAUVIGNON

This Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of cassis, violet and cigar box with flavors of concentrated black fruit and cedar accented by a hint of black pepper.  The mouthfilling flavors are complemented by generous weight on the palate.  While powerful and cellar-worthy, this Cabernet Sauvignon is very accessible now, with integrated “soft” tannins and balance that contribute to its long, smooth finish.  Suggested retail is $2O.  Available from Horizon Beverage Company.
