THE BEER INSTITUTE

RICHARD DOYLE, the co-founder of Harpoon Brewery and Chairman of the Brewers Association, has been elected to the Board of the Beer Institute.  DOLF VAN DEN BRINK, President of Heineken USA, has also been elected to the Board.  Doyle succeeds Brooklyn Brewery founder, STEVE HINDY, who was the first small brewer to serve on the BI Board. A graduate of Harvard Business School, Doyle co-founded The Harpoon Brewery in 1986.  A native of The Netherlands, Dolf van den Brink was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Heineken USA in October of 2OO9.
