BACARDI LIMITED has named JACQUES CROISETIÈRE

as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President.  He succeeds RALPH MORERA who is retiring after almost twenty years with the company.  Croisetière will join the company on August 3 and be based in the Bacardi Limited global headquarters in Hamilton Bermuda subject to approval by the Bermuda Department of Immigration.  Prior to joining Bacardi, Croisetière was most recently at Rohm and Haas where he served as the Chief Financial Officer for six years.  In a career spanning 1O years with Rohm and Haas, he assumed positions of increasing responsibilities including Vice President and European Region Director and Director of Ion Exchange Resins in Paris.
