MICHAEL MISIORSKI has been appointed as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.  He joins Bacardi USA from Absolut Spirits Co. where he was VP of Finance and CFO.  While at Absolut Misiorski led a number of departments including human resources and operations, and oversaw tax reporting, budgeting and a range of other responsibilities in addition to his financial role.  Previously, Misiorski spent 13 years with Seagram Company Ltd. serving in a variety of financial positions.  He succeeds KEN SUTTER who is taking a leadership position on a global technology project within the company.
