TULLIBARDINE DISTILLERY

DAVID MYLES is retiring as distillery manager after 20 years at the Highland company. As his replacement, he has named MINNIE PARMITER who joins with a wealth of distilling knowledge. Her experience extends to Echlinville Distillery in Northern Ireland, Diageo’s Roseisle Distillery in Speyside and Brewdog. Her most recent work was at Copper Lion Distillery in England, which she co-founded in 2020. Parmiter has a background in biology and academic research, making her the perfect fit as distillery manager.
