CLAUDIA SCHUBERT, president and chief operating officer at Diageo North America, will step from her position in September after 22 years with the company and will transition to corporate board service and advisory work. Claudia joined Diageo in 2002 as part of its wine business in California, before moving to spirits in 2009. In 2015, she became general manager of the firm’s Continental Europe, Russia & Middle East division. In 2018, she became president for US spirits and Canada before joining the executive committee as president in 2022.
