EGAN’S CENTENARY IRISH WHISKEY

Egan’s Irish Whiskey has released a limited-edition expression to commemorate 100 years since the passing of co-founder, Henry Egan. A blend of single malt and single grain whiskies, the complex character of single malt whiskey is balanced with sweet notes of vanilla from the grain whiskey. Blended in XO Cognac casks of French Limousin oak and non chill-filtered. Centenary’s profile has floral notes with accents of honey and apricot on the nose. A combination of light wafers, almond, ginger, and zesty fruits rest on the palate. The finish is long with hints of ginger giving way to lemon zest and licorice.
