MAD RIVER HOPSCOTCH WHISKEY

This Vermont whiskey is a collaboration with craft brewer Sean Lawson of Lawson’s Finest Liquids. Mad River distilled the mash, Lawson added hops and it was barreled. A 1OO% barley beer wash was used as the base for the whiskey, 1O% of which was maple-smoked with wood sourced from the distillery’s Cold Springs Farm. Aged in new, charred American oak barrels for over a year. Suggested retail for a 75Oml is $65.
