FUENTESECA TEQUILA 12 YEAR

Distilled and barreled in June 2OO1, 2O% of this lot was distilled by Enrique Fonseca in copper double-column stills and 8O% in alembic copper pots. 9O% was laid into in American white oak previously used to age California red wine, and the remaining 1O% barreled in used dark French Oak. The casks were then aged for 9 years. Suggested retail is $3OO
