Clarke brings over 15 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry – ranging from time behind the bar to years of Executive and Sales Management at companies such as the Ritz and Starwood Hotels. He currently serves as President of the United States Bartenders Guild’s Boston Chapter. His drive to continually learn and share his knowledge has led him to completing the 5 day BAR program in NYC along with various wine certifications with Court of Masters and International Sommelier Guild. As Director of Mixology and Spirits Educator for Martignetti, his passion and experience will serve establishments throughout New England. Clarke’s inspired and tailored cocktail designs and professional bartender training will help take accounts to the next level of total service and efficiency.
