KENWOOD 2O12 VINTAGE WHITE and 2O1O VINTAGE RED

KENWOOD 2O12 VINTAGE WHITE and 2O1O VINTAGE RED – This Vintage White from Sonoma County combines Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay with small amounts of Pinot Blanc, Gewurztraminer and Muscat.  It has aromas of lemon, lime, peach and honeysuckle notes.  The flavors are lemon, peach and gooseberry, with background notes of vanilla and mineral.  A blend of Zinfandel, Sangiovese, Syrah, Pinot Noir and Petite Sirah from Lake County, the Vintage Red has medium-bodied flavors of raspberry and Italian plum with pepper and milk chocolate accents.  Suggested retail for both is $8.  Available from Horizon Beverage Company.
