Conseil Interprofessionel Des Vins Du Languedoc Tasting

On April 5, the Conseil Interprofessionel des Vins du Languedoc (CIVL) hosted wine trade and media at the Exchange Conference Center in Boston for a tasting showcasing all of the AOC wines of Languedoc which are locally available.  The dynamic Languedoc region, in the south of France, is renowned for possessing some of the best terroir for winemaking in that country.  This was the first and only trade tasting devoted exclusively to the AOC wines of Languedoc.  In May, L’Aventure Languedoc comes to Boston with tasting and pairing opportunities throughout the city at restaurant and retail locations.
