TAP 357 CANADIAN MAPLE RYE WHISKY

-Canada 1/Grade A  maple syrup has been added to a quadruple-distilled blend of cask-aged, 3-, 5- and 7-year-old rye whiskies to make this new release.  Prior to the maple addition the blend is matured in a combination of new, second- and third-use bourbon barrels.  The result is a smooth whisky with noticeably less sugar.  Because no chill-filtering takes place, it has a rich, layered flavor.  Packaged in a cork-finished Italian bottle, suggested retail is $29.99 for a 75Oml.  Available from United Liquors.
