 – DEBBIE MORRIS has been elected Vice President.  Prior to her new position, she was Director of Human Resources.  Morris, who leads the company’s personnel, labor relations, training, safety, and process improvement efforts, joined Heaven Hill in 2OO2.  Under her watch, the company has instituted numerous strategic human resources initiatives, including new performance management and continuous improvement processes; an employee-focused safety culture; and strong labor and employee relations.
