THE KING’S GINGER

Developed in 19O3 as a revivifying tonic for King Edward VII, this ginger liqueur is now available in the US.  Golden-colored, it has a warming aroma of ginger, zesty lemon, sherbet, and golden syrup on the nose.  The palate has an initial sweetness followed by bite of ginger and lemon.  Available from Horizon Beverage Company.
