NO.3 LONDON DRY GIN

This new gin features three fruits and three spices distilled in traditional copper pot stills: juniper from Italy; Sweet Spanish Orange peel; Angelica root; Moroccan coriander seed; grapefruit peel; and cardamom.  The nose is bright, crisp and fresh with an uplifting aroma of juniper.  The palate has juniper to the fore, supported by floral, summery notes and spicy, warm flavors of cardamom.  Grapefruit and sweet orange contribute a sharp fruitiness, complemented by the soft gingery spiciness of coriander.  The earthy dryness of Angelica kicks in on the finish.  Suggested retail is $39.99 for a 75Oml bottle.  Available from Horizon Beverage Company.
