This whisky is a tribute to the Prohibition era, when bootleggers ran contraband liquor across the border, often in crates marked as “spices”.  A 1OO% spiced rye whisky, it is blended from three- to six-year-old Canadian whiskies and has notes of pepper and fruit.  A cold extraction process keeps the flavors of vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, and black pepper vibrant.  Suggested retail is $22.99.
