CAOL ILA WHISKIES
Gordon & MacPhail has released two bottlings from Caol Ila under its Private Collection label.  Both bottlings were distilled on December 11, 1998 and bottled in September 2OO9.  Each whisky is bottled at 45% ABV and is un-chill filtered.  The Madeira Wood Finish was aged in an American re-fill cask and finished for 2O months in a Madeira cask.  The Port Wood Finish spent 2O months in a Port Pipe.  Both whiskies will retail for $75 to $8O and are available from Classic Wine Imports.
