The Bureau National Interprofessionnel du Cognac (BNIC) has launched a trilingual training website – featured in English, French and German – aimed at wine and spirits professionals, trainers, educators, journalists and anyone wanting to know more about Cognac.  Key elements include: Introductory Level One (VS), for beginners; Intermediate Level Two (VSOP), aimed at those who need a deeper knowledge of Cognac; Advanced Level Three (XO), aimed at professionals, journalists and students in advanced courses.  The site comes complete with internet links, giving access to the latest figures on Cognac.  There is also an extensive (copyright-free) picture and video library.
