OTTER CREEK IMPERIAL INDIA PALE ALE and OTTER SUMMER ALE

Otter Creek Brewing is adding a second offering to their new Imperial series.  The India Pale Ale is brewed with Amarillo Apollo, Simcoe, and Bravo hops. The fruity and citrus flavors and heady hop aromas balance an assertive malty backbone and high alcohol content.  Available in 22-ounce bottles and on draft. Also available now, the Otter Summer ale is made with a large proportion of malted wheat, in addition to malted barley.  The use of wheat and careful hopping produce a beer with a flavor that is slightly tart, with a citrus-like finish.  Available in 6-packs, 12-packs and on draft.
