Charles “Chip” Hartnett has been appointed as Director of National Accounts. He will be responsible for all national on-premise accounts for their portfolio of premium spirits. Hartnett joined Gosling-Castle Partners, a majority-owned subsidiary of Castle Brands, in 2OO6 as the brand director for the mid-Atlantic states.
