BOSTON WINE WEEK KICKOFF RECEPTION

The first annual Boston Wine Week got a head-start with a kickoff reception hosted by Boston Wine Week Founder Babak Bina at BiNA osteria, one of several restaurants he co-owns with his sister.  Wine and champagne flowed as Mayor Tom Menino, City Council President Mike Ross and Babak Bina gathered with a slew of other leaders in the restaurant, hospitality and business communities to raise a glass to the inaugural event.  More than 2O top Boston restaurants participated in Boston Wine Week, offering world-class wines at $9/glass and $32/bottle, bringing fine wines to the forefront of the dining experience.
