LOFTED SPIRITS

DAN CALLAWAY has been promoted to Master Distiller. In this role, he will oversee blending duties for Bardstown Bourbon and Green River Distilling Co as well as the company’s contract business. Previously, he was the vice-president of product development at Bardstown Bourbon Company. In 2022, Bardstown Bourbon acquired Green River Distilling, and in March this year, Lofted Spirits was established, placing both distilling operations under one single name. In addition to blending for both product lines, Callaway will also oversee Lofted Custom Spirits, the company’s contract distillation arm.
