Cimarron is a 100% agave, single estate tequila made by Enrique Fonseca at Distillery Tequileña (4,620 feet) in the heart of Jalisco Mexico.

Cimarron uses slow roasted agave that averages  24-26° Brix and a proprietary yeast for fermentation.  Bright on the nose and distilled to a dry profile, this exceptional tequila permits excellent control of cocktail sweetness.
