2OO6 VALLEY OF THE MOON SONOMA COUNTY CHARDONNAY

Fermented and aged on the yeast lees in French oak barrels
for five months, this Chardonnay has aromas of citrus,
tropical fruit and vanilla bean. Fresh citrus and tropical
fruit also highlight the medium-bodied flavors, accented by
hints of butter and toasty oak.
The
Pinot Blanc is made with grapes that are pressed into
stainless steel tanks and fermented at cold temperatures. It
has aromas of pear, lime and honeysuckle with light flavors
of fresh tropical fruit and citrus and a finish reminiscent
of a Newtown Pippin apple.
Retail for both wines is $16.
